The site is in the process of transfer under a Brownfield I and II agreement to GrowingChange to serve as a model for how the 22 closed field camp prisons in NC can be reused. We will generate a replicable, open sourced model that will be given away to other communities.

Adjacent to NC Hwy 401, Little Shoe Hill Creek and within 15 miles to Laurinburg Maxton Airport. CSX railroad runs 10 miles south.
