Main office building for Colorado Fuel and Iron (CF&I) from 1901 to 1993. From 1993 to present it has been vacant or used for storage.

Land Use

Property is listed on the National Register of Historical Places and an application is in process to have the property listed as a National Historic Landmark. The site is historically significant.

Infrastructure

I-25 is parallel to the property on the east side with an interchange approximately 3 block to the north. Evraz, formerly CF&I, is still an operating steel mill across I-25 to the east.
